House of Prayer: July Prayer Points

Answered Prayers (Thank You, Lord):
1. For the increase in the financial gifts for the Shine the Light Campaign. 2. For continued blessings that Theology on Tuesdays has been for our young people. For Justin and Brian’s leadership. 3. For Guv and Steve’s adult forum series on “Life Changing Prayer” by Jim Cymbala. 4. For the classical Christian school plans. For the planning committee and subcommittees. 5. For our clergy, staff, and Vestry. 6. For the new parish nurse ministry with Susan Keller leading. 7. For the support raised ($7000) for Bed #1 at Star Gospel Mission. 8. For Justin’s time in Wittenberg, Germany, studying the Heart of the Reformation. Thanksgiving for safe travel and new relationships. 9. For the new Archbishop of ACNA, Steve Wood, and great thanksgiving for Foley Beach’s years of service.
Prayer Points (Local Needs)
1. For summer vacations for our clergy and their families to go well. Stay protected, healthy, and refreshed. 2. For Jeff and the group going to Ireland. May all details come together nicely. 3. For Bishop Edgar and his family to have a restful summer. 4. For the new Archbishop, Steve Wood, and his family. 5. For the Shine the Light Campaign to meet its goals and for our church to participate 100%. 6. For Camp Jubilee to meet its financial goals to purchase property. 7. For current locations being used for Camp Jubilee to be successful and all sessions filled. For the staff to bring many of the children to Christ. 8. For wisdom for the group working on the Union Pier property plans. For Ben Navarro and Mayor Cogswell. 9. For safety for all of the workers repairing our church and properties.
Prayer Points for the Nations
Ukraine: 1. For a peaceful solution and end to the war in Ukraine. For wise leadership. 2. For the release of the journalist being held in Russia. 3. For protection for the surrounding countries. 4. For the over 20,000 children that have been taken and are still missing.
Haiti: 1. For the newly assigned Transitional Council to have great wisdom and victory breaking up the gangs. 3. For the Kenyan soldiers to be successful in bringing law and order, especially in Port-au-Prince. 4. For protection for the nurses and doctors still operating in the clinics.
Israel: 1. For a hedge of protection around Israel and peace within the walls of Jerusalem. 2. For the hostages to be found and released in Gaza. 3. For a solution to bring an end to the war. 4. For the humanitarian aid to get through to the people.
United Kingdom: 1. For wisdom and guidance for the new Prime Minister.
Taiwan: 1. Protect this nation from being taken over by China.
USA: 1. For the fear of the Lord to be in every meeting in Congress. May Your will be done, Lord. For Godly people to be elected to each vacant seat, including that of President. 2. For the cartel network at our borders to be broken up. For solutions to the immigration problems. For those coming across to be protected from danger and from being taken advantage of by the coyotes and bandits along the way. Only you, Lord, know the answer. 3. For the various damaging weather systems to cease and for the heat wave flooding affecting many. Pray that all hurricanes be blown out to sea. 4. For the islands and Texas coast affected by Beryl to receive the help needed to restore their homes and towns.
Pray without ceasing for our country. Have mercy, Lord.
