House of Prayer: June Prayer Points

Answered Prayers (Thank You, Lord):
1. For the increase in the financial gifts for the Shine the Light Campaign.
2. For safe travels for the Uganda team: Jayne and Tom Gurley, Tammy and Guv Gottshalk, and Fred Willis.
3. For the continued blessing that Theology on Tuesdays has been for our young people. For Justin and Brian’s leadership.
4. For the Home Mission’s Team’s Lowcountry Pregnancy Center outreach. Thanks for the donated diapers and wipes and for the volunteers at the Saturday Serve.
5. For the new classical Christian school plans.
6. For our clergy, staff, and Vestry.
7. For the increased attendance on Wednesday night services this year.
8. For our prayer teams and intercessors.
9. For all the new members confirmed, reaffirmed, or received at the May 22 adult confirmation service.
10. For the successful Foundations and Gifts classes. For Andrew’s leadership.
11. For the Finlays’ prayer mission work in Washington, D.C., and abroad.
12. Thank you for the thousands of young people recently baptized in Huntington, California.
Prayer Points: Local Needs
1. For summer vacations for our clergy and their families to go well. Stay protected.
2. For Jeff and the group going to Ireland. May all details come together nicely.
3. For the Bishop and his family to have a restful summer.
4. For the new ACNA Archbishop selection to be God’s choice.
5. For the Shine the Light Campaign to meet its goals and for our church to participate 100%.
6. For all the children home for the summer to have good experiences.
7. For Guv and Steve’s adult forum class to be well attended.
8. For Vacation Bible School to go well and all children and volunteers be blessed.
9. For wisdom for the group working on the Union Pier property plans. For Ben Navarro and Mayor Cogswell.
Prayer Points for the Nations
Ukraine: 1. For a peaceful solution and end to the war in Ukraine. 2. For the release of the journalist being held in Russia. 3. Protection for the surrounding countries. 4. For the over 20,000 children that have been taken and are still missing.
Haiti: 1. For the gangs to be broken up. 2 For the newly assigned Transitional Council to have great wisdom and victory breaking up the gangs. 3. For comfort for the parents of the recently murdered young missionary couple. 4. For protection for the nurses and doctors still operating in the clinics.
Papua New Guinea: 1. For comfort for all the hundreds of families that lost loved ones in the recent landslide.
Israel: 1. For a hedge of protection around Israel. Peace within the walls of Jerusalem. 2. For the hostages to be found and released in Gaza. 3. For a solution to bring an end to the war. 4. For the humanitarian aid to get through to the people.
Taiwan: 1. Protect this nation from being taken over by China.
USA: 1. For the fear of the Lord to be in every meeting in Congress. Your will be done, Lord. For Godly people to be elected to each vacant seat. 2. For the cartel network at our borders to be broken up. For immigration problems to be solved. For those coming across to be protected from danger and from being taken advantage of by the coyotes and bandits along the way. Only you, Lord, know the answer. 3. For the necessary help provided to the victims of the tornadoes and flooding affecting many of our states.
Pray without ceasing for our country. Have mercy, Lord.
