House of Prayer: November Prayer Points

Answered Prayers (Thank You, Lord):
1. For reaching $17,000,000 in donations for the restoration phase of the Shine the Light campaign the beginning of the needed funds for the classical Christian school. 2. For the committees working on plans for the school. 3. For the glorious celebration an investiture of the ACNA’s Archbishop, the Most Rev. Steve Wood. For our choirs, acolytes, and volunteers who participated in the service and made it so excellent. 4. For Water Mission’s ministry and provisions in their outreach to the areas in North Carolina affected by Hurricane Helene. For our congregation’s donations. 5. For our clergy, staff, and Vestry. 6. For foreman Nathan Youngman and his work crews restoring St. Philip’s Church. 7. For Jim Stelling’s leadership and his team overseeing the construction on our campus. 8. For all the newcomers joining St. Philip’s. May they feel welcomed. 9. For Susan Keller and her parish nurse ministry.
Prayer Points
1. For wise counsel for the Archbishop Steve Wood and Bishop Chip Edgar, our diocesan bishop. 2. For continued blessings upon our clergy and their families. May the Lord continue to give them wisdom and bless their time with their families. 3. For the Second Sunday Choral Evensong services to be well-attended and successful in expanding the Kingdom through worship. 4. For the safety of the workman as they repair the spire high above the ground. 5. For blessings for everyone gathered together over Thanksgiving. May we all remember to be thankful, and if possible, include someone that is alone. For safe travel for all the young people coming home for the Thanksgiving holiday. 6. For wisdom for the group working on the Union Pier property plans and the restoration of the Old Bennett Rice Mill as the entrance to the project. Thank you for the committee working on the details.
Prayer Points for the Nations
Ukraine: 1. For a peaceful solution and end to the war in Ukraine. For wisdom for those working toward this. 2. For Putin and Zelensky to be able to agree to a ceasefire. 3. For the 20,000 children that were taken from the Ukraine to be returned to their families. Haiti: 1. For the Kenyan soldiers to be victorious in stopping the gang violence. For the promised additional soldiers to be sent. 2. For our sister church, St. Jean-Baptiste, to receive the necessary funds to build the wall around the property so that erosion can be stopped. 3. For additional help needed to bring peace and necessary supplies to the people. 4. For the fundraising event to be successful. Israel: 1. For peace in Gaza and for all hostages to be found and released. 2. For peace in Lebanon. 3. For protection for Israel and peace within the walls of Jerusalem. 4. For mercy for all of the people displaced in these multiple war zones. 5. For an end to the war. USA: 1. For those recently elected to be godly and gifted in their elected positions. 2. For unity for the country––that we would be ONE nation under God. 3. Lord, you are the repairer of the breach. Please help us respond with grace to those we might not agree with. 4. For all immigration issues to be seen and resolved, especially the human trafficking and drug problems. Grant the border patrol agents wisdom and discernment.
The Nehemiah/Ezra Prayer Points:
1. Continue to pray that no enemy of Christ can come through the gates of St. Philip’s. 2. Pray for those working from the scaffolding to be safe. May they each have the talent and gifts for the portion they are working on. Bless them and their families. Declare and decree that no injuries come upon anyone working on site in Jesus’ name.
