Answered Prayers and Thanksgivings:

1. For the large number of children who turned out for acolyte training on October 29. 2. For the $12 million already committed for the Shine the Light capital campaign. 3. For those who attended the Spiritual Warfare teaching. 4. For the water purification system sponsored by St. Philip’s and installed in Rwanda. 5. For the owner of Henry’s for providing space for Theology on Tap and Mark Finlay’s men’s group. 6. For Guv Gottshalk's witness at the men’s luncheon. 7. For the staff at St. Philip’s and all that they do. 8. For the Wednesdays Alive worship and our worship team. 9. For the 3000 teens that gathered on the football field in Hot Springs, AR, to worship and pray together. 10. For the successful spiriutal gifts class. 11. For the large turnout for the annual Prayer Breakfast.

Prayer Points: Local Needs

1. For Bishop Chip Edgar, that he would have the wisdom needed to lead this diocese. For his message that he is giving at this week’s clergy conference. 2. For safe travel for all the clergy in the diocese going to Flat Rock, NC, for the conference––going and coming. Send angels to be around their cars. 3. For the neighborhood gatherings for fellowship and Shine the Light campaign information. 4. For the Lord to bless the outreach on the College of Charleston. 5. For the Mere Anglicanism conference to sell out and for the speakers to present messages given by the Holy Spirit.  6. For the new members of our church to find their place in ministry. 7. For a good response for the 55+ outing to the Mepkin Abbey Crèche Festival and Middleton Place. 8. For Dr. Amy Orr-Ewing and the message that she brings for the ECW Fall Social. 9. For a successful response for the canned food drive for Star Gospel Mission. 10. For the upcoming election for mayor of Charleston: for God’s choice. 11. For excellent plans for the Union Pier development. May it be balanced and may those working on it to be in unity and wise.

Prayer Points: Nations

1. For supernatural peace and resolution to come to the Middle East. For hostages to be released unharmed. 2. For the war in the Ukraine to be resolved. 3. For a resolution to the volatile situation in China, North Korea, Iran, and Russia. 4. For Israel (Genesis 12:3 says that those who bless Israel will be blessed): For wisdom for Netanyahu and his government as they make decisions for the nation and its people. 5. For the release of the journalist being held in Russia. 6. Protect Taiwan from being taken over by China, and protect our troops being sent to that region. 7. For aid to get to Acapulco, Mexico, to help them recover from the hurricane. 8. For America. a) For protection for the members of the Supreme Court, Congress members, and their families. Give them wisdom and unity as they govern. b) For the fear of the Lord to guide all meetings in Congress and special committees. c) For the government to be good stewards of the country’s finances. For those in charge of budget to find a way to balance it. d) For wisdom for the military advisors dealing with all the issues around the world. e) For inflation to come under control, especially as it affects seniors, the poor and those on fixed incomes. f) For the border control agents to be protected and given the resources they need. g) For protection for the children coming into this country unaccompanied by adults. h). For the new House Speaker. May he hear your guidance, Father.
